Air Conditioning Recharge Service

We can recharge your air conditioning while you wait, it takes roughly one hour. We replace both your old lubricant and coolant and check for any cracks or leaks. We use both the old air conditioning gas for cars made before January 2017 and by law we use the new gas for cars built after. If you are unsure which one you need we can advise you.

It is recommended by the majority of car manufacturers that cars should be recharged every 2 years. This is because an air conditioning system loses on average 10% of its refrigerant every year, causing the engine to work harder to keep the air cool and in the process uses up more fuel.
