Interest Free Credit

At Ed’s we offer an interest free payment plan through a company called Auto Service Finance, which allows customers to spread the cost of repairs over a 3 month period. The customer can choose the payment dates, with the first payment due upto 40 days after the car is fixed.

If car repairs cost £300, the customer may wish to pay nothing that day and £100 per month over the next 3 months. Repayments are made by direct debit.

To apply:-

• Be over 18
• Have a mobile number
• Have an email address
• Private individuals only (Businesses cannot apply)
• Have a bank account
• Photo ID

If you are interested in our payment plan and would like to see if you’re eligible, please give us a call at your local branch. We will then fill in your details on an online application, it’s very quick and easy and we can find out in moments if the plan is available to you. The only details we need at this stage is your mobile number, email address and home address.

Once accepted we can book your car in and get it fixed as soon as possible. We will then email you with the full terms and conditions of the loan offer, including the amount you are borrowing, your monthly repayment plans and potential penalties for late payment. On collection of your car, we will need photo ID and your bank details to set up the direct debit. We will then get you to sign the credit agreement. Once completed, a copy of the agreement and direct debit mandate will be emailed to you.

Auto Service Finance will then pay your bill for you and you can be on your way!
